No More Skipping

So I was all ready to skip this month's charge from Jewelmint, like always when I seemed to be having the most difficult time finding the button.
...Low and Behold!!..We No Longer Need To Skip To Not Be Charged!!!!!!!
Oh My Gods...someone heard my prayers!! (or rants) and I don't have to dread the 1st to the 5th of every month!!!!   What a friggin blessing!

However...unfortunately for Jewelmint it will be quite difficult for me to buy anything anymore being I haven't intentionally made a purchase since after they first launched.  My money is always spent better elsewhere.  You wouldn't know it today tho... I was all Jewelminted out.  I realized it when as resident at my job pointed out all my jewels and asked where I got them from....

In this shot I'm wearijng the Phoenix necklace, the Lady Luxe cuff which EVERYONE loves.  I get more comments on this dang cuff than anything else I wear, and my In the Rough ring which was my very first purchase.

I'm noticing now just how many pieces I have brought, or been forced to buy from them.  I must be a fan.

This year I plan on actually keeping track of the shows and checking out the wears for next season.

I've loved fashion since I can remember, so this has always been a favorite time of mine.   I grew up on Fashion File, House of Style with Cindy Crawford and the other show with the lady that I now can't remember.  Anyway, I always get hyped and happy than usually don't follow anything, but this year will be different.  This year I'm too damn excited!

Yoga Flow

I love Yoga... I really do.  It's a great wind down from the everyday and I encourage those I know who only practice strength training to try Yoga.  So of course I'm in the process of designing my own Yoga mat (still getting the details down). I however absolutely fell in love with this

July Favorite...Singular

This container is currently sitting empty in my garbage bucket, and reigning as my new favorite yogurt flavor!

I see people do a monthly "favorites" on blogs and vlogs and thought... I don't really have many new favorites to have something every month.  Nor do I really have many new favorite"s"... plural. But for the month of July I got a singular one!    

I've always liked Siggis yogurt.  It's been my brand favorite for a while (check out that protein to carb ratio!) but per 5.3oz cup they're just too expensive (previously $1.99 dropping to $1.89..my best guess at Shoprite).   Good ole Target however has them a little cheaper so I decided to splurge and tried this flavor.  .....pure heaven.

When exactly does the proxy server respond, and why do I constantly need to adjust it to surf the internet without any problems?!?!  Does anyone else have these issues and if so how did you overcome it.

Hair Skin & Nails

So I've decided to take the Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails 30 day challenge.

Yes..I'm chewing on the gummies cause I'm cool like that.

  I started this journey the 15th of June looking like this...

to this by July 16th

Now I know it's probably hard to see any difference ( I did take other pictures but lets face it..I'm a selfie novice and they all were pretty bad), but I'm in the exact same lighting ...maybe a little a bit of difference in weather light addition but there have been changes.  Any acne discolorations have cleared pretty quickly than normal and my whole face seems brighter while my skin seems more supple.  I will actually go with only BB cream now which is where I like to be if not no make up at all in the summer.  As for my hair and nails... well having my daughter put a hurt on both.  I haven't really seen a change in either with the supplements however my hair been up in extensions for a while and my nails just started getting decent once I went back to eating fatty fishes.  That seems to always do the trick for my nails.  

Anyway Nature's Bounty Hair Skin and Nails is doing wonders for my skin at least.  I am still using my concoction of Burts Bees brightening wash with African Black soap and an oat and honey scrub so the supplements may just be getting the right assistance.  Who knows...it' working.

POST Post Baby Body and Workout.

Ok..last time I spoke about my post baby body it was pretty rough

I know... Well Thank You Befit in 30 Extreme!  That, a little gym time and a pretty clean diet got me here

LOVE LOVE LOVE LionsGate BeFit workouts.  When it came to building muscle and burning fat these videos did the trick.  I've been doing them for a while every now and again but just recently made them routine.  They work people.  Grant it I don't just do them alone.  I mix in two 10 min. strength training workouts after but the the fat burn really comes from Befit in 30 Extreme.  

Not all of the In 30 Extreme workouts are as hard as I'd like them to be, but that's where the other videos come in...

Now I'd just like to point out that although I think I'm pretty fit...this lower body clip from Cardio Barre

and ANYTHING by Cassey Ho from Blogilates give me a serious run for my money.

yo...this lil chick is STRONG!!  I guess because I'm used to short reps with heavy weights...These girls practice no weights and LOTS of reps.  I was not ready.

...but the results.....stunning!

All workouts found on YouTube people.  You really don't need a gym membership to get in shape.

It's really not as sheer as it appears on the website but it is a lot more tight than I thought it would be.  I do prefer something with a little more give but all in all this was a great buy.

I literally just purchased this dress as I write this post (Grant it I did stare at the web page for about 5 days before really deciding..but whatev.)

I usually make my own dress to prance around in in the summer ..and tho I did make a brown and white striped on similar to this..mine doesn't have the nifty hood.  I too enjoy how this is somewhat sheer making it still a practical choice for the shore (the youngin's in NJ trot around our beaches in very little clothing).

So yes..at 28.80 I will be calling this dress my place of residence for summer 2014

ShopRite for you groceries, Mama Flora's for your Italian, Tan Mai for your Chinese, A dollar store for EVERYTHING, LA Perfection Nails...if you're into that kinda thing, Parkside Wine and Liquor that boast a 5 seat bar stool in the store!! cuz I'm into that kinda thing...and get this...Wild and Crazy Wigs for your extensions where you can go two stores over to The Weave Shop and have them sew it in!!!  It's crazy!
