I was perusing through Etsy.com and stumbled upon these Vintage 70's 3 Color Leather  Gloria Vanderbilt Heel boots being sold by Ramblin' Vintage Shop for $99.00.  Size 9 only ladies.. sorry.

Normally I wouldn't really care for something that looks this orange but it could pass for Cognac...barely.  Be that as it may.. I still love anything from the 70's and wouldn't mind owning these babies.  There is something special about them

A Tribute

I sure did love this woman.

What Happened?

This top had the potential to be something beautiful.

Then the sleeves happened.....


From the back it doesn't look so bad, but dead on it looks like they took two separate shirts and tried to make it one.  Not a major fail, yet a fail all the same.







Amazingly I ALMOST want to buy it!  Go figure.

Hells Yeah!!

I'm a sweater junky.  Always looking for the next best thing so when I came across this striped sweater from Heritage 1981 for only $24.90!!!!  I'll say it again....$24.90!!!!  it was a no-brainer as to whether I was gonna buy it or not.

DUH!!!

It's perfect in length, color, sex appeal for me and it's 100% cotton!  No acrylic.. hate the stuff.  So hard is it to find a sweater that's not too boring but not too over the top and actually be flattering. I am in love!

That is quite a mouthful of a name for a shoe.   They are MY color, and I adore the stitch work on the front.  The heel height is a little intimidating but I will still add them to my Savvycircle list.

A Weave of it's Own

So so sexy!  This Thatch Bust Halter dress by Akira Chicago Black Label is stunning. One look at it and BAM!!  You're stunned!  Normally black is my go to "sexy" color..or lack there of, but this powder mauve is stellar.  I'm surprised too with how flattering I find the weave of the fabric in the waistline. It gorgeous

It has a lot going on in the from with the weave and the draping but it all adds to it's beauty.  For a polyester frock I must say I really really like it.  I like it more at $64.90 :)

BonaDrag.com isn't usually the first website I'd turn to for elegant, chic clothing, however they very much surprised me today.

This dress is from the label Shakuhachi and it almost seems odd to be found on a website showcasing beautiful oddities. (Don't take that literally, view the site and see the wonders they offer) I'm in love with the overall design of this dress.  Something about being almost completely covered with a slice a skin show is very sexy to me.  Yes.. I'm a "Less is More" girl. The lavender and red leopard print gives it that much more sex appeal. You know what gives it even more appeal than that.. the fact that it's currently 50% off on sale for $156.00.

When Designers Lose It.

I had great hopes for Jeffrey Campbell, not saying that I no longer do but someone please explain to me what happened below?

You can not tell me these aren't some of the craziest shoes you've seen!  From what I've seen of this shoe designer his shoes are getting wackier and wackier. Yes they're different and innovative but that does not make them cute.  They are perfect however for Nastygal.com where you can purchase them for the very Jeffrey Campbell price of $175.00.  You know.. if you're into this sorta thing.

Pure Insanity!

So..This week I've officially re-started (I started it 2 times before and only made it to workout 3) Shaun T's Insanity workout.





I've done P90X and I gotta say, I love Tony Horton to death, but Insanity is exactly what the name says it is. I'm wondering how long it took the people in the video to be able to do those HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training for those who don't speak "Workout"- back to back like they do. I'm dying over here, however I am SO determined to get into shape by March because if The Arnold is coming back to Ohio next year I wanna be there.. looking good!

A Rise Above

Picture this.. the coldest of winter days, snow about 2.5 feet deep, a lil icy and slippery, however you just don't wanna break out the functional snow boots, and you passed up the multi-colored Tommy's.  You could step outta the house in these.

I was browsing Nastygal.com and stumbled upon these Josh Buckled Shearling Boot by Dolce Vita. Are they not my perfect color? And how cool are the buckles really!! I love that it still has the hiking boot sole so you get better traction on a wet day, but I guess the heel height (4.35") doesn't exactly add to their safety factor.

The Call of the Celts

I'm posting this one for... FFFFRRRRREEEEEEDDDOOOOMMM!!!!!  Was Willam Wallace even Celtic??  All I know for is ths Fob-ulous necklace from Modcloth.com appears t  be.

I've never been one for elaborate necklaces. Lord knows I didn't hop on the bib-necklace trend, but this one is kinda special. For something that is such a bargain price at $27.99 it really looks

like it cost so much more.  From the image provided by the website the gold doesn't

look like it was spray painted on aluminum.

I also really dig the fact that it is actually a watch and not just a pendant making it timeless and giving it heirloom quality.  My only gripe it that it is such a large piece. I would rather it small and dainty but how can you go wrong with something so damn pretty!

Oh My My!

 Don't know why..
